Property Management

 

The Rental Management will include the following:

 

1. On-site management & maintenance service - BG Properties undertakes to provide the following:

 

Organization of the internal order in the Building and the common parts;

Technical maintenance of the common installations and equipment;

Organizing outside security of the Complex;

Organizing sanitary-hygiene service of the Complex and the common parts of the Building;

Twenty-four-hour reception – meeting, check in and check out of the guests, all-stay-long assistance;

Linen and towels change, apartment cleaning and supplies replenish;

Assistance with the payment of the current bills for the development, all of the required tourist fees and tourist insurances;

Assistance with the payment of the personal tax duties;

 

2. Payment and Reporting

 

The total money flow is calculated for all apartments at The Stream Resort. The amount of all costs made and due for the payment of water, electricity, insurance, resort fee etc. shall be deducted from the total amount.

Payments to apartment owners are executed every six months – our fees and reasonable expenses or liabilities incurred to reinstate the property to a condition appropriate to re-let the premises at its advertised standard are deducted from the amount;

Afterwards the amount corresponding to a particular apartment, which should be forwarded, is calculated;

Payments are executed to the owner’s bank account in Bulgaria or abroad;

Management report – detailed report on the occupancy and the money flow shall be issued and sent upon execution of a payment.
